M3Pilot AI

Data deletion instructions

Disconnect access and remove saved data.

These instructions apply to data M3Pilot AI receives from Google Ads, Meta Ads and other connected services, as well as application-account data saved inside M3Pilot AI.
Last updated: 22 August 2026

Disconnect a Google or Meta account

  1. Sign in to M3Pilot AI with the application account that owns the connection.
  2. Open Settings, select Google Ads or Meta Ads, and choose the disconnect action.
  3. Confirm the action. M3Pilot AI removes the stored OAuth session so it can no longer retrieve new data through that connection.
  4. For an additional platform-side control, revoke M3Pilot AI in your Google Account's third-party connections or in Meta's Business Integrations settings.

Request deletion of saved M3Pilot AI data

  1. Contact the administrator who issued your M3Pilot AI account through your organization's normal support channel.
  2. State that you are requesting M3Pilot AI data deletion and provide the login email associated with your account. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens or advertising-platform credentials.
  3. Specify whether the request covers your application user, a connected Google/Meta account, saved analysis, uploaded knowledge content, or the entire organizational deployment.
  4. The administrator will verify authority, disconnect relevant integrations and delete the records within the scope they are permitted to manage. They will confirm completion through the same support channel.

Retention after a deletion request

Active records within the approved scope are deleted or de-identified after authority is verified. Limited information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or the integrity of other users' records. Residual copies in protected backups are not used for ordinary processing and expire under the deployment's backup rotation.
