1. Acceptance and authority
By using M3Pilot AI, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized by your organization to access the application and any account you connect. If you do not agree, do not use the service or connect an external account.
2. Service purpose
M3Pilot AI retrieves authorized advertising and optional business data to provide reporting, diagnostics, comparisons, research and recommendations. It is a decision-support tool. Results may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate because of source-data limits, platform changes, statistical uncertainty or model output.
M3Pilot AI does not automatically certify creative placements or make campaign changes. Users remain responsible for reviewing evidence, checking platform interfaces and approving every business decision.
3. Accounts and connected services
- Keep login credentials secure and do not share access outside authorized users.
- Connect only accounts that you have permission to access and analyze.
- Grant only the permissions needed for the intended functionality.
- Follow the terms and policies of Google, Meta, HubSpot, OpenAI and any other connected service.
- Remove users and disconnect services when authorization ends.
External platforms control their APIs and may change, limit, suspend or discontinue access. M3Pilot AI is not responsible for an external platform's availability, data accuracy or independent practices.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- access data or accounts without authorization;
- circumvent security, rate limits, access controls or platform restrictions;
- upload malicious code or use the service to violate law or another person's rights;
- extract, expose or redistribute connected-platform data beyond a legitimate authorized business purpose;
- treat recommendations, forecasts or AI output as guaranteed outcomes.
5. Data and confidentiality
Your organization retains responsibility for the business data it connects or uploads. M3Pilot AI may process that data only to provide, secure and improve the requested deployment functionality, as described in the Privacy Policy. Users must respect confidential information and applicable privacy, advertising and consumer laws.
6. Intellectual property and feedback
M3Pilot AI and its application software, design and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service for the authorized organizational purpose. Feedback may be used to improve the product without identifying or disclosing the submitting organization's confidential data.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. M3Pilot AI does not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete source data, a particular advertising result or the accuracy of model-generated content. To the extent permitted by law, neither the service operator nor its providers are liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on the service.
8. Suspension, termination and changes
Access may be suspended or terminated for security reasons, unauthorized use, legal requirements or violation of these terms. Users may stop using the service and request deletion as described on the Data Deletion page. Updated terms apply from the revision date shown above; material changes should be communicated through the application or the organization administrator.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms should be directed to the organization administrator who issued your M3Pilot AI account through your normal support channel.
